Terms & Conditions
Welcome to human-centeredstrategy.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Human-Centered Strategy, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Use of the Website
By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse or disrupt its function.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. Due to their handmade and natural qualities, items (like touchstones and mugs) may vary in size, color, weight, and appearance.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely via FreshBooks Payments (powered by Stripe). Your card information is encrypted and never stored on our servers. You will receive a receipt by email after your purchase.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with North Carolina and other state tax laws.
Shipping Area & Method
We currently ship within the U.S. via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking and insurance up to $100.
Processing Time & Delivery
Orders are typically processed within one week (maybe less depending on how busy we are supporting you and other game-changers in their connection & strategy work). Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and size. Promotional flat-rate or free shipping offers will be clearly indicated on the product or checkout page.
Packaging
Each item is packaged with care. Ceramic products are wrapped in bubble wrap and boxed to ensure safe delivery. Stickers are mailed in cards with envelopes.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for items marked as “delivered” by USPS. Please first contact your local post office. Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility
- We want you to be happy with your products and welcome you to send them back ASAP if you think they will be loved more somewhere else.
- If you want a return or refund, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and shipped back in packaging that protects them (bubbles & boxes).
- You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived to you damaged or incorrectly.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of return approval. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
